DURASILE AF-GF Metallic is a wire-reinforced compressed non-asbestos (CNAF) gasket material designed for critical sealing applications in the process industries, oil industries, power plants, sugar mills, and the water and chemical industries.
It offers excellent resistance to steam and hot water, combined with superior stress relaxation for enhanced sealing security. The metallic reinforcement provides greater mechanical strength, improved blowout resistance, and extended service life under demanding operating conditions. It is highly effective for sealing oils, fuels, gases, freons, pipelines, radiators, boilers, and a wide range of flanged joints.
Composition :-
DURASILE AF-GF Metallic gasket sheet is produced from a blend of aramid fibres and glass fibres bonded with nitrile rubber (NBR), reinforced with wire. It is manufactured through the hot calendar process under stringent quality controls in accordance with ISO-9001 certification.
