DURASILE AF-OIL-LT Metallic is a wire-reinforced compressed non-asbestos (CNAF) gasket material designed for demanding sealing applications across process industries, oil industries, power plants, sugar mills, and the water and chemical industries.
It provides excellent resistance to oils, fuels, lubricants, alcohols, gases, hydrocarbons, steam, water, cooling liquids, and most diluted acids and alkalis. The wire reinforcement enhances mechanical strength, making it particularly suitable for medium to high stress conditions where improved blowout resistance and durability are required.
Composition :-
DURASILE AF-OIL-LT Metallic gasket sheet is manufactured from a blend of aramid and organic fibres bonded with nitrile rubber (NBR), reinforced with wire. It is produced through the hot calendar process under stringent quality controls in compliance with ISO-9001 standards.
