Rubberized Cork Sheets are produced from high-grade cork granules specifically selected and mixed with synthetic/natural rubber binders (Neoprene, Nitrile, SBR or Natural). Rubberized Cork has major superiorities over other gasket material, which makes it ideal for oil applications.
Some of its key features are :-

900mm X 900mm - Available Thickness : 1.0mm to 25.0mm

DURASILE – Rubberized Cork Gaskets
Transformer Rubberized Cork Washers are obtained from die punching the rubberized cork sheets into various forms and sizes as per customer design.
Its usage saves time, material wastage and labor of consumers as it is available in pre-packed kit form.
We manufacture the ready made Rubberized Cork Washer kit
(19 rings of various sizes) ready to use for the Transformer.
Also we manufacture washers and rings as per customer’s drawings
or sample.
DURASILE – Rubberized Cork Strips
Rubberized Cork Strips are majorly used in flanges of Power and Distribution transformer tanks. Its usage reduces wastage and cutting costs compared to sheets. They come in continuous rolls of 20 meters and in varying widths and thickness as per customer requirement.
DURASILE – Anti-Vibration Cork Pad
Rubberized Cork Pad is an ideal material for thermal insulation or cooling chambers to prevent transmission of heat, to reduce noise levels or to provide vibration insulation for running machinery.
Application Areas :-
Noise Control – Insulation of interior partition walls with insulation cork pads will drastically reduce airborne noise
propagation, creating a pleasant environment.
Vibration Control – All running machinery will generate vibration that will transmit to the floor. These insulation cork
pads are excellent for controlling and reducing the vibration generated from such machinery.
